In the UEFA Nations League semifinal match against Spain on Thursday (7/10/2021), Donnarumma received unfair treatment from fans. The match took place at the San Siro which means it is the headquarters of AC Milan.

When interviewed by Le lene television, Donnarumma showed a tattoo with the symbol of his former club on his hand. Then he was asked whether he would like to have the tattoo permanent, he only answered that he might want to have it tattooed.
